Group Consolidation Specialist
Main responsibilities
The candidate will join a global and fast-growing environment and will report to the Head of Group Consolidated Financial Statements. He/she will take part in the preparation of the Group Consolidated Financial Statements and support the Manager both in the analysis of the Group's financial and economic data and in the preparation of consolidation entries.
Main activities
- Preparing Consolidated Financial Statements both actual (monthly and quarterly) and planning
- Preparing the Annual Statutory Consolidated Financial Statements
- Conducting preparatory analysis and preparation of consolidation entries
- Participation in the intercompany reconciliation process by coordinating the activities of the foreign subsidiaries involved
- Conducting economic and financial analyses to support the preparation of the Group Reporting
- Participation in the definition and maintenance within Group companies of the Group Chart of Accounts
- Drafting of corporate guidelines in accordance with IFRS.
Candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Economics
- Fluency in English, Italian is a plus
- At least 5/6 years of accounting experience, of which 2/3 years gained in the Consolidated Financial Statements department, within structured and international corporate groups
- Proven ability to operate in dynamic, advanced and fast-growing environments, interacting with international subsidiaries and supporting them in the change and evolution of operating systems and processes
- Excellent command of international accounting principles (IFRS)
- Good interpersonal skills, accuracy and reliability, ability to analyze and synthesize and to manage deadlines and priorities.
