In order to strengthen their Operation Planning & Analysis area, we are looking for a highly motivated and data-oriented:
Head of Regional Industrial Controlling
Main responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CFO for the EMEA Region, he/she will be responsible for the activities related to the various phases of the production process both in the “material” component and in the “transformation” one and declining it in financial and management information, in terms of cost control and analysis of both preventive and final product profitability.
He/She will have to develop a business partnership with the Plant Managers based in Europe even through the guide of the Plant Controllers by a functional report in order to ensure the continuous interaction with the production, purchasing and commercial management to provide direction and support for business improvement.
Key responsabilities:
- Industrial Controlling: Plant Cost Control by checking the manufacturing orders consistency and ensure the labor efficiency;
- Cost Management: ensure the proper cost allocation in collaboration with the Plant Managers;
- Fixed Assex Capex Management: build the capital plan and ROI and monitor capital spent;
- Reporting: support to functional managers for preparation of monthly and weekly reports as the analysis of variances, monthly control of warehouses, etc.;
- Working Capital Management and Inventory Management.
Candidate profile
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent experience;
- Proven experience (10+years) in Managerial roles within Industrial Controlling function, gained in complex and international manufacturing environments;
- A previous experience in the B2B/B2C Food Industry and/or Pharmaceutical/Chemical markets will be particularly appreciated;
- Knowledge of ERP systems, fluent in English and preferably in another language;
- Accuracy, flexibility, proactiveness, effective communication, ability to meet commitments and deadlines and to manage remote teams.
