Investment Associate - Private Assets

Main responsibilities

 

• Analysing and executing deals in the private equity and infrastructure equity sector through direct investment.;
• Interact with institutional investors, potential lenders, other private equity firms and industrial sponsors, external advisors, and other investment professionals operating in the industry for business development purposes;
• Support all stages of the investment process, including sourcing direct and co-investment opportunities with leading European GPs, conducting due diligence, and executing transactions;
• Analyze portfolio performance, cash flow, and optimize investment processes;
• Prepare and present portfolio updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate profile

 

• A degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field from a highly regarded university;
• 4 years of professional experience in asset management, investment banking, private equity, or a similar environment;
• A strong network of GP relationships, ideally with experience in co-investment deals;
• Excellent financial modeling skills and a solid analytical and quantitative mindset, coupled with a strong interest in investing;
• A well-rounded technical and commercial skill set, with strong problem-solving abilities;
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, self-driven, and results-oriented;
• Fluency in English.
