Key Account Manager Fleet

Main responsibilities

The role will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with strategic customers, ensuring their satisfaction and contributing to the implementation of business initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain continuous contact with strategic clients, negotiating commercial agreements and promoting the development of new business opportunities.
  • Manage activities related to rental companies (short and long term).
  • Ensure constant and high customer satisfaction by monitoring the Customer Satisfaction of target clients.
  • Monitor the progress of agreements and sales performance to ensure the achievement of commercial targets.
  • Propose and implement commercial and marketing initiatives to develop the Fleet business.
  • Develop and maintain a structured database for B2B clients.
  • Provide high-level consulting to clients to optimize their overall experience and satisfaction.
  • Analyze the market and industry trends, proposing competitive strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate reporting and presentations on the Fleet business.

Candidate profile

  • Degree in Economics or related fields.
  • Previous experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in the automotive sector (car makers or rental companies).
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong results orientation and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented and ability to interact with different business functions.
  • Reliability, proactivity, and strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Determination in achieving business goals.
  • Fluent in English.

Location

The company's headquarters is based in Milan, the territorial area of responsibility will be assigned according to the candidate's residence.
