A leading player in the Interim & Fractional Management market is expanding its presence in Italy and is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to drive business development, establish a strong network of managers and structure the local organization.

Main responsibilities
The Country Manager will be playing a pivotal role in driving the company's expansion in Italy, as he/she will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s growth strategy in Italy, establishing a strong market presence and expanding the current client base. A key aspect of the role will be identifying, engaging and managing a high-caliber network of interim managers and transformation experts across various industries and functions.
The selected candidate will lead the commercial activities, fostering long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to ensure a sustainable and thriving business. Additionally, he/she will oversee the operational and organizational setup of the Italian branch, ensuring efficiency and scalability in alignment with the company’s objectives.
This role will require close collaboration with the international team and will report directly to the Managing Partner in the HQ.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate is a Senior Recruitment expert specializing in C-Level roles, with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, ideally acquired within Interim Management or Executive Search firms.
The role requires a solid business acumen and proven track record in commercial development.
Strong interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to engage and lead networks of senior executives are essential.
Fluency in Italian, English and French will be required.
