Operations Manager
Main responsibilities
The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing operational and project activities to enhance their efficiency and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. This role will oversee a team within a business division with an end-to-end approach, fostering strong collaboration across Project Management, Manufacturing and supply Chain functions.
Key responsibilities include close partnership with key stakeholders to communicate project statuses effectively, ensure timely order fulfillment, and uphold expected lead times. Additionally, the Operations Manager will work closely with the Offer Manufacturing Leader to establish end-to-end setups for new product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure on-time delivery of complete orders in line with expected outcome and lead times
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Project Management, and Manufacturing to drive an end-to-end approach
- Communicate project statuses and commit to deployment in coordination with key stakeholders
- Active involvement in internal project execution and margin control
- Participate in the PMP process and challenge the team to drive continuous improvement Localize and enrich new and existing offers within the division
- Work closely with the Offer Manufacturing Leader to establish end-to-end setup for new offers
- Navigate and excel within a hub organization with a matrix structure
Candidate profile
- Degree in Engineering
- Proven experience in managerial roles within manufacturing functions, gained in complex environments
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Project Management, and Manufacturing processes with an end-to-end approach encompassing the entire value chain
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage and drive change in a matrix organization
- Proactive mindset with a focus on challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement
- Fluency in English
