Global Mobility Experience Manager
Main responsibilities
- Take care of individuals and their families during their international assignment;
- Ensure a high level of service to colleagues around the world and a good international mobility experience and measure each phase with follow-up, feedback, surveys and analysis;
- Be the point of contact that facilitates or anticipates the resolution of international relocation issues;
- Be the interface between providers and employees who are eligible for international experience, to ensure efficient support in terms of services;
- Implement global mobility strategies, policies and guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment with business objectives;
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as HR Business Partners, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition colleagues, to ensure smooth transitions for internationally mobile employees;
- Manage the entire global mobility lifecycle, including pre-assignment, assignment and repatriation phases;
- Advise employees, human resources and business managers on international assignment issues;
- Collaborate with external vendors, including relocation companies and immigration experts, to streamline processes and improve the employee experience;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of global mobility programs and recommend continuous improvements;
- Improve the Group's internal knowledge of international mobility;
- Stay updated on global mobility trends, best practices and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Candidate profile
The successful candidate has:
- A strong understanding of global mobility policies and processes, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and cultures;
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, International Business or a related field;
- Excellent knowledge of Italian, English and preferably other languages too;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in global mobility management and knowledge of key requirements necessary for managing expatriates in the United States;
- Strong knowledge of international assignment policies, tax regulations and immigration processes;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies;
- Proven organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
Location
Parma, with flexible smart working (2 days per week).
